Acceptable use policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
Some details on this page are being finalised.
This policy is part of our Terms of service. It applies to everyone who uses OutboundManager. If we see a breach, we may suspend access as described in the terms.
Do not
- Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, harassing or abusive, or to help someone else do so.
- Connect an account, API key or tool you do not control or are not authorised to use, or upload data you do not have the right to process.
- Try to access another workspace, another user’s account or data your role does not allow, or probe, scan or test the service’s security except as described on our Security page.
- Scrape, bulk-export or resell data from the service, or use it to build a contact database for sale.
- Resell, sublicense or offer the service to third parties as your own, except under a Custom plan agreed in writing.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
- Disrupt or overload the service, get around rate limits or plan limits, or send automated traffic other than through features we provide.
- Use AI drafts or any other feature to write or send deceptive, misleading, defamatory or unlawful messages, to impersonate someone, or to pitch people who asked not to be contacted.
- Upload malware or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Your outreach
OutboundManager reports on outreach you run in other tools; it does not send campaigns. You remain responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply to your prospecting, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and the ePrivacy rules (such as PECR in the UK), CASL, the TCPA and do-not-call rules for calls and texts, and the terms of LinkedIn and each tool you use. Honour opt-outs: OutboundManager marks unsubscribes it detects, but your sending tools are where suppression is enforced.
Reporting abuse
