For heads of SDR on a split outbound stack
See which reps and campaigns actually make pipeline, across every outbound tool.
OutboundManager connects Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach and HubSpot, and matches every send, reply and meeting to the person and the deal.
7-day free trial, then $27 a month. Connects with API keys. Never sends outreach for you.

The Friday spreadsheet
Every week, someone rebuilds the same report by hand.
The numbers live in five places
Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach, the dialer and HubSpot each count differently. Someone exports, pastes and reconciles by hand, and the sheet is stale by Monday.
Replies are never counted properly
Out-of-office and "remove me" sit next to real interest, and LinkedIn replies never make it into the email totals. Reply rate ends up meaning whatever the tool says it means.
Nobody knows which campaign made revenue
The deal is in HubSpot and the first touch is in a sending tool. Nothing connects the two, so budget and headcount get decided on volume instead of pipeline.
Features
One honest set of numbers for the whole outbound team.
Rep scorecard
Every rep against their weekly target
Sends, LinkedIn touches, replies, positive replies, meetings and pipeline for each rep, with a bar against target. Targets pro-rate to the period you pick, so a Wednesday check is fair.

Campaign to pipeline
Every campaign, every tool, one table
Email and LinkedIn campaigns side by side with sends, reply rate, positive rate, meetings, deals, pipeline and won revenue. Sort by what you care about, not by what each tool reports.

Unified replies
One queue for email and LinkedIn replies
Human replies from every tool in one list, filtered by intent. Open a thread, write the answer and press Send: it goes out through the tool that received the reply, in the same thread.

Rep scorecard vs targets
Set weekly targets per rep for sends, LinkedIn, replies and meetings. See who is ahead, who is behind and why, without asking.
Campaign to revenue across tools
Each deal is credited to the last outbound touch before it was created. Pipeline and won revenue roll up to the campaign, channel and rep.
Unified replies
Answer email and LinkedIn replies in-thread from one queue. Assign replies to SDRs, re-classify them, and mark them handled.
Attribution written back to HubSpot
Source campaign, channel, rep and touch date land on the HubSpot deal as properties, so your CRM reports agree with ours. Off until you turn it on.
Monday report in email and Slack
Last week against the week before, top campaigns by pipeline, reps under target and any broken connection. Sent Monday morning in your timezone.
Works with the tools you already pay for
Keep your sending stack. Move from Smartlead to Instantly, or add HeyReach, and your history, reps and attribution stay in one place.
How it works
Three steps, no engineering.
Connect your tools with API keys
Paste a key for each tool: email, LinkedIn, your dialer and HubSpot. Each key is tested before it is saved, and the first sync backfills the last 90 days.
Map senders to reps
Every mailbox, LinkedIn account and HubSpot owner gets a rep. We suggest matches by email. Re-map a sender later and its history moves with it.
Get the Monday numbers
Dashboards fill in as tools sync. Every Monday the team summary goes to the inboxes and Slack channel you choose.

Security
Built to read, not to send.
Keys encrypted with AES-256
API keys and tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never sent back to the browser.
Read-mostly access
We read campaigns, activity, contacts and deals. We write only a reply a person sends and, if you switch it on, four attribution properties on HubSpot deals.
A person presses Send
Nothing goes to a prospect unless someone on your team writes it and presses Send. No sequences, no auto-replies, no AI-written messages.
Your workspace, your roles
Data is scoped to your workspace. Admins manage connections, managers set targets and reports, reps see the dashboards.
Pricing
One plan with everything. Try it free for 7 days.
Priced per workspace, not per seat. No card needed to start the trial.

FAQ
Questions heads of SDR ask first.
Does OutboundManager send emails or LinkedIn messages?
It does not run outreach. There are no campaigns, sequences or AI copy. The only thing it sends is a reply that a person on your team writes and sends from the reply queue, and that goes out through the tool that received the original reply.
Which tools does it work with?
Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker and Lemlist for email, HeyReach and Lemlist for LinkedIn, HubSpot as the CRM, Klenty, Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral, JustCall, Nooks and PhoneBurner for calls, and MoltSets, Apollo, Crustdata, Lusha, ZoomInfo and FullEnrich for enrichment. Salesforce is next.
How does attribution work?
Deals are linked to people through HubSpot contact associations, with the company domain as a fallback. Each deal is credited to the most recent outbound touch (email, LinkedIn message or invite, or call) before the deal was created, within 120 days. That touch decides the campaign, channel and rep. Deals with no touch count as not outbound.
What data do you access, and how is it kept safe?
We read campaign, activity, contact and deal data through each tool’s API using the keys you provide. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shown again after saving. You can remove a connection at any time.
How long does setup take?
Setup is pasting one API key per tool and choosing a rep for each sender. The first sync pulls the last 90 days, so the dashboards are useful on day one.
What does it cost?
Pro is $27 per month, or $250 per year, per workspace, with every feature and unlimited reps. Start with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. Teams that want personalised onboarding, dashboards and metrics can ask for a Custom plan.
