Email integration
Woodpecker + OutboundManager
Pull Woodpecker campaigns, sends and inbox replies into one rep scorecard and campaign table, and answer replies in their thread.
Connects with an API key. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month. Never sends outreach for you.
Why connect Woodpecker
- See Woodpecker sends and human replies per rep, against weekly targets
- Compare Woodpecker campaigns with your other senders on meetings, pipeline and revenue
- Answer Woodpecker replies from the unified reply queue; Woodpecker threads them from the receiving mailbox
- Credit HubSpot deals to the Woodpecker campaign that made the last touch
What we sync
- SMTP mailboxes, each mapped to a rep
- Campaigns, as email campaigns
- Prospects and the emails sent to them (one send per step, see Good to know)
- Inbox messages: replies (classified by intent) and bounces

The unified reply queue: human replies from every tool, answered in their original thread. Demo data.
How to connect Woodpecker
- Make sure the API key add-on is active on your Woodpecker account. Without it, Woodpecker refuses API access.
- In Woodpecker, go to Marketplace → Integrations → API keys and create a key.
- In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Connections and clicks Add connection.
- Pick Woodpecker. Paste the API key, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
- Open Settings → Reps & senders and give each sender a rep. Suggested matches by email are offered; re-mapping later moves the history with the sender.

Good to know
- Woodpecker's API has no per-email send events, only each prospect's last contact time. Hourly syncs catch every step as it goes out, but a backfill only sees each prospect's latest step.
- A prospect contacted in two or more synced campaigns cannot be attributed to one of them and is skipped.
- The inbox only covers mailboxes connected by the key's owner. LinkedIn steps of multichannel campaigns are not synced.
- Woodpecker processes one API request at a time per account, so syncs are slower on large accounts.
Woodpecker questions
Why is the API add-on needed?
Woodpecker only allows API access when its API add-on is active. The connection test tells you if it is missing.
Can OutboundManager change anything in Woodpecker?
No. It only reads from Woodpecker, except a reply a person on your team writes and sends from the reply queue. It never creates campaigns, sequences or messages on its own.
How often does it sync?
Every connection syncs once an hour. The first sync backfills up to 90 days, so the dashboards are useful the same day. Large backfills can take more than one run; each run picks up where the last one stopped.
Works well with
- HeyReachLinkedInCount HeyReach LinkedIn invites, accepts, messages and replies per rep, put LinkedIn campaigns next to email, and reply in the conversation.
- HubSpotCRMConnect HubSpot deals, meetings and calls to your outbound tools, so every campaign and rep is measured on pipeline and revenue, not volume.
- JustCallDialerCount outgoing JustCall calls, connected calls and dispositions per agent on the rep scorecard.
