CRM integration
HubSpot + OutboundManager
Connect HubSpot deals, meetings and calls to your outbound tools, so every campaign and rep is measured on pipeline and revenue, not volume.
Connects with an API key. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month. Never sends outreach for you.
Why connect HubSpot
- Campaign to revenue: each deal is credited to the last outbound touch (email, LinkedIn or call) before it was created, within 120 days
- Meetings and pipeline per rep on the scorecard, next to sends and calls
- Calls from dialers that log to HubSpot count on the scorecard even without their own connection
- Optional write-back: four OM properties (source campaign, channel, rep, touch date) on each attributed deal, so your HubSpot reports agree with ours
What we sync
- Owners (active and archived), each mapped to a rep
- Deal pipelines and stages, including which stages are won or closed
- Deals with amount, create date and close date, and their associated contacts and companies
- Meetings, as meetings
- Outbound calls logged in HubSpot, including the Connected disposition

Campaign to pipeline: every campaign across tools with meetings, deals, pipeline and won revenue. Demo data.
How to connect HubSpot
- In HubSpot, a super admin creates a private app (Settings → Integrations → Private Apps; newer accounts list private apps under Development → Legacy apps).
- Give it these scopes: crm.objects.deals.read, crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.companies.read, crm.objects.owners.read and crm.schemas.deals.read. For write-back, also crm.objects.deals.write and crm.schemas.deals.write.
- Copy the private app's access token.
- In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Connections and clicks Add connection.
- Pick HubSpot. Paste the access token, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
- Map HubSpot owners to reps in Settings → Reps & senders. To write attribution back to deals, turn on write-back on the HubSpot connection; it is off until you do.

Good to know
- Deal stage history is not synced, only the current stage.
- Inbound calls are skipped, and cancelled meetings are removed.
- HubSpot search returns at most 10,000 results per query; long deal backfills are read in slices, which takes a little longer.
- Write-back only touches deals with an outbound attribution, in a property group named OutboundManager.
HubSpot questions
How are deals matched to outbound activity?
Through the deal's associated contacts in HubSpot, matched on email or LinkedIn URL, with the company domain as a fallback. The most recent touch before the deal was created, within 120 days, decides the campaign, channel and rep.
What does write-back change in HubSpot?
It creates four deal properties (om_source_campaign, om_source_channel, om_source_rep, om_source_touch_date) the first time, then fills them on attributed deals. Nothing else is written. It is off by default.
Is Salesforce supported?
Not yet. HubSpot is the only CRM today.
How often does it sync?
Every connection syncs once an hour. The first sync backfills up to 90 days, so the dashboards are useful the same day. Large backfills can take more than one run; each run picks up where the last one stopped.
