Accessibility
We want OutboundManager to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or zoom.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on the public site and in the app. We have not had an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we do today
- A skip link, page landmarks and one main heading per page.
- Visible keyboard focus on links, buttons and form fields.
- Text and controls designed for readable contrast in light and dark mode, following your system setting.
- Text alternatives for screenshots and logos, and form fields with labels and announced errors.
- Pages that work when zoomed and on small screens.
Known limitations
- Charts in the app show trends visually; the same numbers are available in the tables and tiles next to them, but not yet inside the chart itself.
- Some wide tables scroll sideways on small screens.
- Screenshots on the marketing pages show the product at a reduced size; their descriptions summarise them rather than reading out every number.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email hello@outboundmanager.app with the page and what happened. We usually reply within one business day and will tell you what we can fix and when.
