LinkedIn integration
HeyReach + OutboundManager
Count HeyReach LinkedIn invites, accepts, messages and replies per rep, put LinkedIn campaigns next to email, and reply in the conversation.
Connects with an API key. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month. Never sends outreach for you.
Why connect HeyReach
- LinkedIn touches and LinkedIn replies on the same rep scorecard as email and calls
- HeyReach campaigns in the same campaign table as email, ranked by meetings and pipeline
- Answer LinkedIn replies from the unified reply queue; the message goes into the same HeyReach conversation
- Credit HubSpot deals to a LinkedIn invite or message when it was the last touch
What we sync
- LinkedIn sender accounts, each mapped to a rep
- Campaigns, as LinkedIn campaigns
- Connection requests and acceptances per lead
- Messages sent and replies received, with exact timestamps, replies classified by intent

The unified reply queue: human replies from every tool, answered in their original thread. Demo data.
How to connect HeyReach
- In HeyReach, open the workspace you want to report on and go to Settings → Integrations → API. Create a workspace API key.
- Use a workspace key, not an organization key. Organization keys cannot read campaign data, and the connection test says so.
- In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Connections and clicks Add connection.
- Pick HeyReach. Paste the workspace API key, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
- Open Settings → Reps & senders and give each sender a rep. Suggested matches by email are offered; re-mapping later moves the history with the sender.

Good to know
- HeyReach only exposes each lead's current connection state, not the time of each invite or acceptance. OutboundManager fixes an approximate time the first time it sees the event and never moves it.
- Profile views, likes, follows and the InMail versus message split are only available as totals in HeyReach and are not synced.
- Leads removed from a campaign and deleted conversations are not seen.
- The API key is shared across the workspace at 300 requests a minute.
HeyReach questions
I have several HeyReach workspaces. What do I do?
Add one connection per workspace, each with that workspace's API key. Give each a label so reports tell them apart.
Can OutboundManager change anything in HeyReach?
No. It only reads from HeyReach, except a reply a person on your team writes and sends from the reply queue. It never creates campaigns, sequences or messages on its own.
How often does it sync?
Every connection syncs once an hour. The first sync backfills up to 90 days, so the dashboards are useful the same day. Large backfills can take more than one run; each run picks up where the last one stopped.
Works well with
- InstantlyEmailBring every Instantly mailbox, campaign, send and reply into one rep scorecard, tie campaigns to HubSpot pipeline, and answer replies in-thread.
- HubSpotCRMConnect HubSpot deals, meetings and calls to your outbound tools, so every campaign and rep is measured on pipeline and revenue, not volume.
- ApolloEnrichmentUse Apollo People Match to find work emails inside an enrichment waterfall, with budgets, caching and wrong-company matches rejected.
