How to connect Crustdata
- Copy your API key from your Crustdata account. Contact data needs a Crustdata plan that includes it.
- In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Enrichment, finds the provider card and clicks Add key.
- Paste the key, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
- Set its place in the waterfall and the monthly credit budgets on the same page. Managers can then run lists from Enrich.

Good to know
- LinkedIn URL only: Crustdata does not look up by name and company here.
- Self-serve plans without contact data are refused by Crustdata with a permission error.
- Crustdata charges 1 credit per matched email lookup and 2 per phone lookup; misses and people who asked to be removed are free.
Crustdata questions
Why does my key test fine but lookups fail?
The test reads your credit balance, which every key can do. Contact lookups need a Crustdata plan with contact data.
Do I pay OutboundManager for Crustdata credits?
No. You bring your own Crustdata key and Crustdata bills you for credits as usual. OutboundManager records the credits each lookup used, so you can see spend per person, per provider and per month.
Can it find phones only?
Yes. Turn email off for a run and keep phone on. Phone-only rows need a LinkedIn URL.
