Dialer integration

Nooks + OutboundManager

Count Nooks calls and connected calls per rep, grouped by sequence, next to the rest of your outbound.

Connects with an API key. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month. Never sends outreach for you.

Why connect Nooks

  • Calls and connected calls per rep on the scorecard
  • Calls to known prospects count as touches, so deals are credited to the rep and sequence that called
  • One weekly report that includes call activity

What we sync

  • Seat holders, as dialer seats
  • Calls made on the Nooks sequencing platform, with Nooks' own call outcome
  • The prospect (email, LinkedIn, name, title) when the call has one
  • Sequences, as campaigns
Rep scorecard: four reps with sends, LinkedIn touches, replies, meetings, pipeline and won revenue, each shown against a weekly target

The rep scorecard. With a dialer connected, each rep also gets calls and connected calls. Demo data.

How to connect Nooks

  1. In Nooks, open Developer Settings → API Keys and create a workspace API key (it starts with nooks-api-).
  2. In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Connections and clicks Add connection.
  3. Pick Nooks. Paste the API key, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
  4. Open Settings → Reps & senders and give each dialer seat a rep, so calls land on the right row of the scorecard.

Good to know

  • The Nooks REST API returns calls made on the Nooks sequencing platform. Parallel dialer calls that never touch it may be missing; Nooks logs those to your CRM, and a HubSpot connection counts them.
  • Connected follows the call disposition's Nooks outcome. A call with no disposition is not connected.
  • Inbound calls are skipped.

Nooks questions

Should I connect HubSpot too?

Yes, if Nooks logs calls to HubSpot. That covers dialer calls the Nooks API does not return, and links calls to deals.

Can OutboundManager change anything in Nooks?

No. It only reads from Nooks. It never creates campaigns, sequences or messages on its own.

How often does it sync?

Every connection syncs once an hour. The first sync backfills up to 90 days, so the dashboards are useful the same day. Large backfills can take more than one run; each run picks up where the last one stopped.
