Enrichment integration
Lusha + OutboundManager
Find work emails and phone numbers with Lusha by LinkedIn URL or name and company, in a waterfall with budgets.
Bring your own Lusha key; Lusha bills its credits as usual. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month.
Why connect Lusha
- Use Lusha for email, phone or both, anywhere in your waterfall
- Only work emails are used, and only on the company domain when you give one
- Monthly credit budgets per person and per workspace, and a spend log split between email and phone
- Finds are cached, so the same person is not paid for twice
What we sync
- Work email lookups by LinkedIn URL, or by name and company name or domain, with Lusha's confidence mapped to valid, risky or unknown
- Phone number lookups (numbers flagged do-not-call are skipped)
- Your credit usage and plan, shown on the provider card
How to connect Lusha
- Copy your API key from the API section of your Lusha dashboard. Your account needs Lusha API v3 access.
- In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Enrichment, finds the provider card and clicks Add key.
- Paste the key, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
- Set its place in the waterfall and the monthly credit budgets on the same page. Managers can then run lists from Enrich.
Where to find the key, from Lusha: Lusha documentation (opens in a new tab)
Good to know
- Uses Lusha API v3 only. If Lusha answers that V3 API access is not enabled, ask Lusha to turn it on.
- Lusha charges for the search plus each revealed email or phone. No match means no charge.
- Contacts Lusha blocks for legal reasons (GDPR) are skipped.
- Personal emails are never used.
Lusha questions
What input does it need?
A LinkedIn URL, or a name with a company name or domain.
Do I pay OutboundManager for Lusha credits?
No. You bring your own Lusha key and Lusha bills you for credits as usual. OutboundManager records the credits each lookup used, so you can see spend per person, per provider and per month.
Are do-not-call numbers returned?
No. Numbers Lusha flags as do-not-call are skipped.
Works well with
- KlentyDialerCount Klenty dialer calls and connected calls per rep, grouped by cadence, next to your email and LinkedIn activity.
- RingCentralDialerCount outbound RingCentral calls and connected calls per extension on the rep scorecard.
- HubSpotCRMConnect HubSpot deals, meetings and calls to your outbound tools, so every campaign and rep is measured on pipeline and revenue, not volume.
See Lusha next to the rest of your outbound.
