Dialer integration

Klenty + OutboundManager

Count Klenty dialer calls and connected calls per rep, grouped by cadence, next to your email and LinkedIn activity.

Connects with an API key. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month. Never sends outreach for you.

Why connect Klenty

  • Calls and connected calls per rep on the scorecard, next to sends and LinkedIn touches
  • Calls count as touches for attribution, so a deal that followed a Klenty call is credited to that rep and cadence
  • One weekly report that includes call activity

What we sync

  • Cadences, as campaigns
  • Completed dialer calls, with connected and conversation flags
  • Dialer seats: the key's user, plus any teammates you list
  • The called prospect (email, name, company) when Klenty has it
Rep scorecard: four reps with sends, LinkedIn touches, replies, meetings, pipeline and won revenue, each shown against a weekly target

The rep scorecard. With a dialer connected, each rep also gets calls and connected calls. Demo data.

How to connect Klenty

  1. In Klenty, go to Settings → Integrations → Klenty API Key and copy the key. The key belongs to the user who is logged in.
  2. In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Connections and clicks Add connection.
  3. Pick Klenty. Enter the Klenty account email (the login the key belongs to). With an admin key, list teammates' Klenty logins in "Teammates to include", comma separated.
  4. Paste the API key, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
  5. Open Settings → Reps & senders and give each dialer seat a rep, so calls land on the right row of the scorecard.

Good to know

  • Klenty's API only returns calls from the last 30 days, so the first backfill covers about 30 days, not 90.
  • Klenty email sends, replies and bounces are only available as totals, so no email activity is imported from Klenty.
  • There is no users endpoint: seats come from the key's user, the teammates you list and the callers on each call.
  • Klenty's date filter is unreliable, so every sync reads the widest window and filters records itself.

Klenty questions

Why does Klenty need my account email?

Every Klenty API address is per user, and the key belongs to one user. The email tells OutboundManager whose data the key reads.

Are Klenty emails counted?

No. Klenty only exposes email totals, not individual sends and replies, so nothing would match a person or a deal. Connect your email sender directly if you also send from another tool.

Can OutboundManager change anything in Klenty?

No. It only reads from Klenty. It never creates campaigns, sequences or messages on its own.

How often does it sync?

Every connection syncs once an hour. The first sync backfills up to 90 days, so the dashboards are useful the same day. Large backfills can take more than one run; each run picks up where the last one stopped.
