Enrichment integration
FullEnrich + OutboundManager
Run FullEnrich's multi-vendor waterfall for work emails and mobile numbers as one step in your enrichment, with budgets and a spend log.
Bring your own FullEnrich key; FullEnrich bills its credits as usual. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month.
Why connect FullEnrich
- Put FullEnrich last in your waterfall to catch what other providers missed, or use it on its own
- Email and phone in one submission when both are asked for, so the same person is not paid for twice
- Monthly credit budgets per person and per workspace, and a spend log split between email and phone
What we sync
- Work email lookups by LinkedIn URL, or by name and company, with status (deliverable, catch-all, invalid)
- Mobile phone lookups (inactive numbers and ownership mismatches are skipped)
- Your credit balance, shown on the provider card
How to connect FullEnrich
- Copy your API key from your FullEnrich account settings.
- In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Enrichment, finds the provider card and clicks Add key.
- Optionally set "Wait per lookup" (10 to 280 seconds, default 90).
- Paste the key, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
- Set its place in the waterfall and the monthly credit budgets on the same page. Managers can then run lists from Enrich.
Where to find the key, from FullEnrich: FullEnrich documentation (opens in a new tab)
Good to know
- FullEnrich is asynchronous: most lookups take 30 to 90 seconds. Unfinished lookups are picked up on the next pass and never paid twice.
- FullEnrich charges only when something is found (its published rates are 1 credit per work email and 10 per mobile); re-enriching the same input within 3 months is free.
- FullEnrich keeps results for 3 months.
FullEnrich questions
Why is a row still pending?
FullEnrich was still working when the wait ran out. The run checks the same job again on its next pass; nothing is submitted or billed twice.
Do I pay OutboundManager for FullEnrich credits?
No. You bring your own FullEnrich key and FullEnrich bills you for credits as usual. OutboundManager records the credits each lookup used, so you can see spend per person, per provider and per month.
What input does it need?
A LinkedIn URL, or a first and last name with a company domain or name.
Works well with
- LemlistEmailBring lemlist email and LinkedIn activity into one scorecard, classify every reply, tie campaigns to pipeline, and answer replies in-thread.
- JustCallDialerCount outgoing JustCall calls, connected calls and dispositions per agent on the rep scorecard.
- HubSpotCRMConnect HubSpot deals, meetings and calls to your outbound tools, so every campaign and rep is measured on pipeline and revenue, not volume.
