Enrichment integration
ZoomInfo + OutboundManager
Use ZoomInfo Contact Enrich for work emails and direct or mobile numbers, inside one waterfall with budgets and a spend log.
Bring your own ZoomInfo key; ZoomInfo bills its credits as usual. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month.
Why connect ZoomInfo
- Add ZoomInfo to your email and phone waterfalls, after cheaper providers if you like
- Matches at another company are rejected when you give a domain
- Monthly credit budgets per person and per workspace, and a spend log split between email and phone
What we sync
- Work email lookups by name and company, or LinkedIn URL
- Direct and mobile phone lookups (numbers flagged do-not-call are skipped)
- Your usage and limits, shown on the provider card
How to connect ZoomInfo
- In the ZoomInfo Developer Portal, create an app that uses the Client Credentials flow with the api:data:contact scope. Note its Client ID and Client secret.
- In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Enrichment, finds the provider card and clicks Add key.
- Enter the Client ID in its field.
- Paste the Client secret, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
- Set its place in the waterfall and the monthly credit budgets on the same page. Managers can then run lists from Enrich.
Where to find the key, from ZoomInfo: ZoomInfo documentation (opens in a new tab)
Good to know
- Uses the ZoomInfo GTM Data API. The legacy Enterprise API (username and password) is not supported.
- ZoomInfo has no per-email deliverability check, only an accuracy score. 90 and above counts as valid, 80 to 89 as catch-all, lower as unknown.
- Credits are recorded as 1 per returned record, even when ZoomInfo does not charge for a record already under management.
- ZoomInfo's licence may restrict storing or moving its data into other tools; check your contract.
ZoomInfo questions
Which ZoomInfo credentials do I need?
A Client ID and Client secret from an app in the ZoomInfo Developer Portal, with the api:data:contact scope.
Do I pay OutboundManager for ZoomInfo credits?
No. You bring your own ZoomInfo key and ZoomInfo bills you for credits as usual. OutboundManager records the credits each lookup used, so you can see spend per person, per provider and per month.
Can I look up by company domain?
ZoomInfo matches on company name, so the domain is passed as the company when no name is given.
Works well with
- AircallDialerCount outbound Aircall calls and connected calls per rep on the scorecard, next to email and LinkedIn activity.
- PhoneBurnerDialerCount PhoneBurner power-dialer calls and live conversations per rep on the scorecard.
- HubSpotCRMConnect HubSpot deals, meetings and calls to your outbound tools, so every campaign and rep is measured on pipeline and revenue, not volume.
