Dialer integration

PhoneBurner + OutboundManager

Count PhoneBurner power-dialer calls and live conversations per rep on the scorecard.

Connects with an API key. 7-day free trial, then $27 a month. Never sends outreach for you.

Why connect PhoneBurner

  • Dials and live conversations per rep on the scorecard, next to email and LinkedIn
  • One weekly report that includes call activity

What we sync

  • The token owner, and teammates in the team tree, as dialer seats
  • Dial sessions and every call in them, with connected (dispositioned as a live call), voicemail or no connect
  • The dialled number and call recording reference
Rep scorecard: four reps with sends, LinkedIn touches, replies, meetings, pipeline and won revenue, each shown against a weekly target

The rep scorecard. With a dialer connected, each rep also gets calls and connected calls. Demo data.

How to connect PhoneBurner

  1. In PhoneBurner, click your initials → Integration Settings → Personal Access Tokens and generate a token.
  2. In OutboundManager, an admin opens Settings → Connections and clicks Add connection.
  3. Pick PhoneBurner. Optionally enter your account time zone (for example America/New_York), because PhoneBurner call times carry no zone.
  4. Paste the token, click Test, then Save. The key is checked against the tool before it is stored, encrypted.
  5. Open Settings → Reps & senders and give each dialer seat a rep, so calls land on the right row of the scorecard.

Good to know

  • PhoneBurner returns the caller's own dial sessions; there is no team-wide call list. Teammates' calls are read only when PhoneBurner gives team-admin access to them; otherwise teammates appear as seats without calls.
  • Calls carry only a phone number, so PhoneBurner calls count on the scorecard but cannot credit a deal on their own.
  • Dial sessions are not campaigns, so calls have no campaign.

PhoneBurner questions

What counts as a connected call?

A call PhoneBurner marks as connected, which happens when the rep dispositions it as a live conversation. Voicemails are never connected.

Can OutboundManager change anything in PhoneBurner?

No. It only reads from PhoneBurner. It never creates campaigns, sequences or messages on its own.

How often does it sync?

Every connection syncs once an hour. The first sync backfills up to 90 days, so the dashboards are useful the same day. Large backfills can take more than one run; each run picks up where the last one stopped.
