The weekly report
A Monday summary of last week by email or Slack: what it contains, when it is sent and how to set it up.
For: Managers
The weekly report summarises the previous week against the week before, so the Monday meeting starts from the same numbers for everyone.
What is in it
- The headline tiles with the change against the week before: emails sent, LinkedIn touches, human replies, positive replies, meetings, new pipeline and closed-won.
- The top 3 campaigns by pipeline.
- Reps under 60% of a weekly target.
- Connections that are in error or have not synced recently.
- A note of how many auto-replies and unsubscribes were left out of the reply count.
Set it up

Settings → Weekly report: email recipients, a Slack webhook and Send test now. Demo data.
- Open Settings → Weekly report.
- For email: turn email on and add up to 50 recipients. They do not need a login.
- For Slack: create an incoming webhook in Slack for the channel you want (it starts with
https://hooks.slack.com/services/), paste it and turn Slack on. - Press Send test now to receive the report with your real data.
When it is sent
The report is sent once per week, after Monday 08:00 in the workspace time zone has passed. The send job runs once a day, so the report can arrive later on Monday than 08:00, depending on your time zone. It is never sent twice for the same week.
The week runs Monday to Sunday or Sunday to Saturday, as set in Settings → Workspace. Check the time zone there too: it decides where each day and week begins on every screen.
Getting a useful report
- Run Sync now on your connections before the meeting if you want numbers up to the minute.
- Fix unmapped senders and campaigns without an owner first, or the "under target" list will name reps whose activity is simply sitting under Unassigned.
- Treat the Slack webhook like a password: anyone who has it can post to that channel. It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Note: In read-only mode (trial or subscription ended) the weekly report is not sent.
